This handsome pair of American Empire-style dining chairs hails from the Cassady Furniture Company of Bowling Green, Kentucky, stamped proudly as part of their Cherry Reproductions line. The side chair stands approximately 35 inches tall and features a beautifully figured solid cherry wood crest rail, a shapely vase-form splat with Gothic-inspired cutouts, gently curved saber legs, and a removable upholstered seat cushion in a pink and mauve ikat-stripe fabric. The matching armchair shares all the same fine construction details but adds sweeping scroll arms that curl into a classic Empire flourish, making it the undisputed head-of-the-table candidate. 4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
