What You’ll Do
  • Sell Homes & Change Lives – Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with honesty, expertise, and care.
  • More Than Just Listings – Work closely with estate sales, auctions, and home updates to provide a full-service approach.
  • Hunt for Hidden Potential – Help homeowners prepare properties for sale, whether through staging, repairs, or updates.
  • Be a Local Expert – Know the Louisville real estate market inside and out to better serve clients.
  • Build Relationships – Work with families navigating estate transitions and life changes with compassion.
  • Manage Your Time & Hustle – This is a fast-paced, self-driven role. The more you put in, the more you get out!
Who You Are
  • A licensed Realtor in Kentucky (or actively working toward your license).
  • A self-starter who thrives on independence but works well in a team.
  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving, research, and negotiation.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves—sometimes we help prep homes for sale, and that means getting hands-on!
  • A great communicator, whether in person, on the phone, or via email/text.
  • Comfortable with technology (MLS, CRM systems, online marketing, photography, etc.).
  • Someone with a sense of humor—because sometimes real estate can get weird!
Bonus Skills (That Make You Stand Out)
  • Experience in home staging, renovation, or estate sales.
  • A love for vintage, history, and architecture.
  • Knowledge of auctions, probate sales, or unique real estate transactions.
  • An eye for design, marketing, or social media to promote listings.
  • Ability to lift/move furniture (because sometimes staging a home requires elbow grease).

Estates Service Specialist Job Opportunity

We’re not your typical estate sale company. We handle home organizing, research, photography, home updates, auctions, real estate, and so much more. One day, you might be discovering a hidden treasure in an attic; the next, you could be staging a historic home for an auction. If you love history, problem-solving, and working with a team that knows how to have fun, keep reading.

What You’ll Do
  • Be a Treasure Hunter – Sort through estates to uncover valuables, hidden gems, and unique pieces worth preserving.
  • Prep Homes for Sale & Auction – Organize, clean, stage, and research items to create an engaging, well-curated auction.
  • Capture the Story – Photograph and catalog items for online auctions using your phone and an eye for detail.
  • Help Families Transition – Work directly with homeowners and families handling estate liquidations.
  • Work Hard, Have Fun – Some houses are immaculate. Some… not so much. We tackle them all with humor and teamwork.
  • Support the Auction Process – Help during pickups, ensure smooth item retrieval, and keep things running efficiently.
Who You Are
  • A self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision.
  • Someone who loves history, antiques, and vintage finds—or at least enjoys Googling them.
  • Comfortable working in basements, attics, garages, and hidden storage spaces (treasures aren’t always easy to find!).
  • Not afraid of a little dirt or heavy lifting—some homes need extra care, and you may need to move furniture or boxes.
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with families, buyers, and our team.
  • Someone with a sense of humor—because in this line of work, you’re going to see some weird stuff!
Bonus Skills (That Make You Stand Out)
  • Experience in estate sales, auctions, organizing, or home staging.
  • A knack for DIY fixes—painting, minor repairs, or anything that makes a home look great for sale.
  • Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, and pop culture memorabilia.
  • Comfort with technology (our auctions are online, so you’ll need to handle apps, photography, and listing descriptions).
  • The ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs—because estate treasures aren’t always small!
