This is a bottle of Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bearing a bold silver marker signature directly on the glass, signed by the Master Distiller with the inscription reading 'Master Distiller' beneath the name. Bottled at 45% ALC/VOL (90 Proof) and distilled, aged, and bottled by Buffalo Trace Distillery in Franklin County, Kentucky, this bottle features the iconic bison label and original hang tags still attached via green cord. The back label displays the full Buffalo Trace heritage story, barcode intact, and the bottle appears sealed and in excellent collectible condition with no signs of tampering. Whether you are a bourbon enthusiast, autograph collector, or Kentucky whiskey devotee, a Master Distiller-signed bottle of one of America's most celebrated bourbons does not come along every day.

2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.

3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal, or handling fees may apply.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. LEGACY CHARITY AUCTIONS: Legacy Home and Estate Services donates their time, efforts, marketing and auction work to the local charity.  We believe community is important.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium (to cover the credit card and website fees) and there is no sales tax on these charitable purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photos carefully.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
