Description

First up is the white birch-style lighted tree, standing approximately 46 inches tall on a flat square white base, designed to mimic the look of a bare winter birch with bendable wire branches painted in crisp white. It features a built-in LED light strand with an inline transformer/controller that plugs into a standard outlet, making it ready to glow right out of the box. The branches are poseable for custom display arrangements, and the overall aesthetic is clean, modern, and Scandinavian-chic perfect for year-round or seasonal decor.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photos carefully.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
