Condition & Redemption

Tour certificate/documentation appears in good condition as photographed. The experience is for the winning bidder and up to three guests, applies to an eligible public tour at a Horse Country member location, and must be redeemed as a single farm tour.

Not valid during Kentucky Derby Week or Breeders' Cup Week and not applicable to Unique Experiences. Subject to availability. Expires September 25, 2027.

QUICK TERMS

1. AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All auction items are offered as-is with no warranties or guarantees.
2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Pickup or certificate delivery arrangements must be completed as directed by Legacy.
3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up physical items during the designated pickup period may result in a $20 fee per item plus applicable storage, labor, transportation or handling charges.
4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not claimed within the required timeframe without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned without refund.
5. FEAT OF LOUISVILLE: Legacy Home & Estate Services donates 100% of all proceeds to FEAT of Louisville. We also do not charge charities, as our goal is to make our community better.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover costs including hosting and credit-card processing. 0% sales tax is charged for this charity auction.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select physical items for an additional fee when indicated.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
