Description

This vintage lunch kit set was manufactured by the Thermos Division of King-Seeley Thermos Co. in Norwich, Connecticut. Featuring a distinct faux wood-grain finish on the vacuum bottle, this set represents classic 1970s outdoor and work lunchware design. The bottom of the vacuum bottle is stamped with official maker details and model specifications, confirming its authentic origins as a Thermos brand product. 

The ensemble consists of three components designed for portable food and beverage storage. It includes a dark brown zippered vinyl carrying case with dual top handles, a hard-shell beige plastic sandwich/lunch box container, and a 1-quart vacuum insulated bottle. The vacuum bottle features a faux wood-grain metal body, a tan screw-on plastic cup cap with handle, and a red internal stopper. 

This set has a total item count of 3 pieces (carrying bag, lunch box, and thermos bottle). Based on the provided measuring tape photographs, the vacuum bottle stands approximately 13.5 inches tall. The dark brown carrying bag measures approximately 12 inches wide and stands roughly 14 inches tall to the top of the bag body, reaching about 18 inches in total height including the top handles.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
