This is a La-Z-Boy three-seat reclining sofa dressed in a crisp blue and cream ticking stripe upholstery that gives it a timeless, cottage-fresh personality. The sofa features two pull-handle recliners on the outer seats, generously padded rolled arms, three plump back cushions, and comes complete with four matching toss pillows. Measurements taken from the images put the width at approximately 90 inches, the depth at roughly 34 inches, and the overall height at approximately 37 to 38 inches, making this a substantial and room-filling piece. The fabric shows the warm golden-cream base tone characteristic of quality ticking weave and appears in very good used condition with only the expected light softening from normal household use.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
