Signed in the lower left corner by the artist Richard Sullivan, this large-format watercolor painting on paper delivers an explosive, front-row view of a horse race in full gallop, with jockeys urging their mounts toward the finish. The loose, gestural brushwork is masterfully executed with layered washes of burnt sienna, cobalt blue, golden yellow, and earthy green that give each horse and rider a sense of raw kinetic energy. 4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. LEGACY CHARITY AUCTIONS: Legacy Home and Estate Services donates their time, efforts, marketing and auction work to the local charity.  We believe community is important.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium (to cover the credit card and website fees) and there is no sales tax on these charitable purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photos carefully.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
