Description

The Agri-Fab model 45-0518 is a robust 48-inch tow-behind spike aerator built to tackle compacted lawns with authority. Featuring multiple rows of galvanized steel spikes mounted on a rolling axle assembly, this unit penetrates deep into the soil to improve water and nutrient absorption with every pass. The large steel weight tray on top accommodates added ballast for deeper spike penetration, and the convenient lift handle allows the operator to raise the tines out of the ground during transport. Hitch connection is a standard tow-behind clevis pin style compatible with most riding mowers and lawn tractors, and the unit rolls on four all-terrain tires for smooth operation. Condition shows light surface scratches and chalk-like residue consistent with normal use, but the frame, tines, and hardware all appear solid and functional.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
