Up first is the showstopper of the trio: a gorgeous antique chromolithograph landscape print in an ornate gold giltwood frame with clipped corners and decorative floral cartouches at the top, bottom, and sides. The print bears the artist signature of Thomas Creswick (1811-1869), the celebrated English landscape painter, and depicts a serene river scene with rocky shores, lush trees, and a distant mountain chapel. The frame measures approximately 21 inches wide and shows honest age-related wear including some gilt loss and corner separation, but remains structurally sound and visually stunning. The backing board is stamped 'Kolesch and Co., 138 Fulton St., New York, Special Steinbach Board No. 7,' dating this framing job to the late 19th or very early 20th century.

Next up is a warm and richly colored antique floral still life print, depicting a generous bouquet of daisies and autumn leaves bursting from a pewter-toned pitcher, with a small sugar bowl tucked at the base. Set in a dark wood frame measuring approximately 22 inches tall, this print has wonderful depth and color that holds up beautifully despite its age. The backing shows period-appropriate brown craft paper with remnants of old hanging wire. A classic piece that would look right at home in a farmhouse parlor or a Victorian-inspired interior.

Rounding out the lot is a petite and charming hand-tinted photograph or photogravure print of a birch forest path, mounted with a cream mat inside a dark ornate frame measuring approximately 16 inches tall. The print carries what appears to be a faint artist signature in the lower right corner, possibly reading 'C. Nordland' or similar. The forest scene has a quiet, meditative quality with dappled light filtering through tall slender birch trunks, and the frame's egg-and-dart style molding adds just the right touch of elegance to this understated gem.
