    Description

A wonderfully eclectic collection of mixed silver-plate flatware including sugar tongs with decorative claw tips, three ornate dinner knives with heavily embossed floral and scroll handles in the classic King or Queen pattern, a napkin ring, two serving forks, and an assortment of teaspoons and tablespoons in various patterns including engraved floral designs. Condition shows honest age-related tarnish and patina consistent with use and storage, with most pieces retaining strong silver plate. A sugar sifter spoon with pierced bowl and a long-handled cocktail or seafood fork round out this functional grouping.

Six annual Christmas collector spoons featuring three-dimensional figural Santa Claus or Father Christmas finials atop fluted pedestal handles, with engraved script reading Christmas and years visible including 1997, 1998, 1999, and additional years in the series. The bowls feature delicate engraved floral motifs and the figures show fine casting detail in an oxidized silver-plate finish. These appear to be from a serialized annual holiday spoon program, likely produced by a silver-plate giftware manufacturer from the late 1990s.

Three novelty and souvenir collector spoons including a large pewter-finish Wizard of Oz Tin Man figural spoon with full character relief and script reading The Wizard of Oz on the bowl, a Spanish souvenir demitasse spoon featuring an ornate crown and coat of arms handle with a deeply embossed architectural scene in the bowl, and a small silver-toned spoon topped with a miniature building or gate finial. A small three-tine cocktail or oyster fork accompanies this grouping.

A second set of six Christmas figural collector spoons matching the first series, featuring varied Father Christmas or Three Wise Men style figures atop fluted pedestal handles with engraved Christmas year markings on the bowls. Shown from both front and reverse, these display nicely consistent silver-plate finish with minor tarnish. Together with the first set they form a compelling annual series collectible grouping.

Three miniature souvenir demitasse spoons including a flat figural Canada map-shaped spoon, a small round-bowl spoon marked Canada with a decorative crown finial, and a petite silver-toned spoon with a building or gate top finial. These travel souvenir pieces are consistent with mid-to-late 20th century gift shop collectibles and show light wear and tarnish appropriate to their age.

A long slender three-tine cocktail or seafood fork with a plain tapered handle and a pierced silver-plate serving or sifter spoon featuring an ornate engraved floral and monogram handle design with a decorative cutout bowl. Both pieces show good silver-plate coverage with expected age patina and would make a charming addition to a vintage flatware or serving piece collection.
