These two ceramic owl figurines bear the distinctive gold OMC (Otagiri Mercantile Company) foil labels on their unglazed bases, a hallmark of quality Japanese stoneware from the 1960s-70s. One is a compact round chick-style owl, the other a larger lounging adult owl, both finished in rich earthy browns with dramatic black detailing and inquisitive glass eyes that will follow you around the room. The textured stoneware glaze is wonderfully organic, and both pieces feature the characteristic hollow base vent hole typical of Otagiri production pottery. These are genuine vintage collectibles with serious shelf appeal.

The six mercury glass votive candle holders round out this lot in spectacular fashion, split between two distinct colorways. Three are finished in classic silver mercury glass with the signature antiqued speckle pattern, while the remaining three lean warm with amber and bronze-toned mercury glass in the same speckled style. All six are tapered cup forms in excellent condition, perfect for tealights, and their reflective interiors will throw candlelight like nobody's business.
