First up is the Black and Decker GrassHog NST2018, a cordless 18V DC string trimmer running on the Single Source battery platform at 7000 RPM. This red and black beauty features an automatic feed spool (AFS) system with no bumping required, a D-shaped auxiliary handle, adjustable shaft, and the trimmer head shows green trimmer line still loaded and ready to go. The battery is included and the unit shows honest use with dirt and wear throughout but remains structurally intact and functional in appearance. Second in the lot is the vintage Black and Decker Yard Trimmer Bump Feed, model ST400, Type 1, a classic corded electric unit running on 120V AC at 3.1 amps and 10000 RPM, double insulated and UL listed. This dark green workhorse dates to an earlier era of Black and Decker lawn care and carries the old-school yellow and black logo on its label. The trimmer head guard is heavily worn and dirty, the bump-feed spool hub is visible and intact, and the unit shows significant age and use throughout. A great parts machine or conversation piece for the Black and Decker collector.
