Up for auction is a classic piece of 1960s Cold War-era spy toy nostalgia: an original Marx Toys "Sooper Snooper" 4-Way Scope in olive green plastic. Originally launched in 1963 during the height of the "Secret Agent" toy craze, this periscope style scope allowed kids to see in four distinct directions—front, back, left, and right—by adjusting the internal mirror assembly via the bottom control lever.

This piece retains clear raised molded text reading "SOOPER SNOOPER 4-WAY SCOPE BY MARX" on one side and the classic Marx corporate logo with "PATENT APPLIED FOR" on the reverse. Includes embossed directional instructions around the lower mirror housing ("FOR LEFT AND RIGHT VIEWING..." and "FOR FRONT AND REAR VIEWING...").
