Description
A true in-game piece from the Louisville Bats, this Rawlings Mach Carbon batting helmet was used by Hector Rodríguez and shows all the signs of real action on the field.
The helmet features the classic Bats red shell with “LB” logo and carries visible game wear throughout—scuffs, surface scratches, and impact marks that reflect time in the batter’s box. The exterior shows repeated use, while the interior padding remains intact with standard wear from gameplay.
Notably, the back of the helmet is labeled “RODRIGUEZ,” directly tying it to the player. Additional details include the MLB logo on the rear and Rawlings branding, along with Mach Carbon/Xeon protective technology inside.
This is not a display piece—it’s a gamer. The kind of helmet that’s been through at-bats, dugouts, and the grind of a professional season.
Hector Rodríguez is a developing talent in the Reds system, and game-used items like this offer a direct connection to his career at the Triple-A level.
Authentic, player-identified, and visibly used—everything collectors look for in a true game-used helmet.
All proceeds from this auction support Playing It Forward 502 (https://playitforward502.org/), helping provide sports opportunities and equipment to youth in need.
