Description

First up is the star of the show: a beautifully hammered copper curling iron by Vendome Copper and Brass Works Incorporated, featuring a brass-accented barrel, engraved Vendome script branding, and a dual-handle clamp mechanism that means business. The texture is rich, the patina is warm, and it comes tucked into its original black velvet drawstring pouch embroidered with the full Vendome Copper and Brass Works Incorporated logo in bold orange thread. This is the kind of beauty tool that belongs on a vanity display, not buried in a drawer. Condition appears excellent with strong branding and minimal wear throughout.

The second piece is a long, slender copper rod measuring approximately 36 inches, finished in the same warm rose-copper tone with a pointed brass tip on one end and a brass collar with an elegant copper hook bracket on the other. Whether this is a companion styling tool, a fireplace implement, or a display rod, it carries the same Vendome-era craftsmanship and makes a striking visual statement on its own. Condition is very good with consistent coloring and no visible damage.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. LEGACY CHARITY AUCTIONS: Legacy Home and Estate Services donates their time, efforts, marketing and auction work to the local charity.  We believe community is important.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium (to cover the credit card and website fees) and there is no sales tax on these charitable purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photos carefully.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
