Louisville Ballet donated four tickets to The Brown-Forman Nutcracker during its 75th Anniversary Season, December 12–21, 2026. Tickets are valid only for 2026 season, with the ticket winner required to contact the Box Office ahead of the performance to reserve seats.

Caffe Classico donated a $80 Gift Card, giving the winning bidder a little spending power to turn ballet night into dinner-and-a-show night.

Christmas Countdown Nutcracker, Dressed in traditional red, green, black and gold with white hair and beard, this wooden holiday sentry holds two numbered blocks above a cheerful “Days ’Til Christmas!” sign. Change the blocks each morning and let him handle the increasingly serious business of determining exactly how much longer everyone has to behave.

QUICK TERMS

1. AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees.
2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.
3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal or handling fees may apply.
4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated or disposed of without refund.
5. FEAT OF LOUISVILLE: Legacy Home & Estate Services donates 100% of all proceeds to FEAT of Louisville. We also do not charge charities, as our goal is to make our community better.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover our costs, including hosting and credit-card processing. We charge 0% sales tax for this charity auction.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photographs carefully.
10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
