Description

Here is a matched pair of lidded ceramic urns dripping in golden glamour. The urns stand approximately 11 inches tall with a 6-inch body diameter and feature a soft butter-yellow glaze adorned with hand-applied gold trim on the looped double handles, stepped pedestal bases, and domed finial lids. The front panels showcase a gorgeous Bird of Paradise motif surrounded by cherry blossoms and gold scrollwork, giving these urns that unmistakable mid-century American art pottery feel. The original handwritten provenance label is still affixed to the felt-lined base, making this pair a rare find.
