This is one seriously beefy piece of industrial hardware mounted on a homemade rolling wood cart with carpet-covered feet and caster wheels for easy repositioning. The flood light fixture itself features a thick glass lens, ribbed aluminum heat-sink housing, and a genuine marble or granite slab top that adds a touch of unintentional elegance to this workhorse unit. A dual-outlet metal electrical box is mounted mid-pole, and heavy black power cables loop around the assembly in a way that says someone knew exactly what they were doing. The swivel mount allows the light head to be angled in multiple directions, making this as functional as it is wonderfully over-engineered.

3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal, or handling fees may apply.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
