Description

This charming vintage iron headboard brings old-world elegance to any bedroom with its graceful scrollwork crown featuring three sweeping arches, polished brass ball finials atop each post, and smaller brass accent balls nestled within the scrolls. The white powder-coated frame is dressed up with ornate cast acanthus-leaf rosette connectors at every junction, giving it that gloriously extra Victorian flair that flat-pack furniture could never dream of. The headboard legs feature pre-drilled bolt holes for secure frame attachment, and the lot includes the original black metal bed frame side rails with hook-and-slot connectors, a cross brace piece, and two bags of original brass-toned bolts, nuts, and washers so you have everything you need. Condition is very good with only minor paint chips noted on the rosette connectors and light surface wear consistent with age and storage.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
