These are a matched pair of dark espresso brown high-back recliner chairs that mean serious business. Featuring rolled arms, plush multi-section back cushions with an adjustable headrest pillow, and solid wood tapered legs in a rich walnut finish, these chairs are built for the person who refuses to compromise on comfort or style. The seat cushions show honest wear and natural patina consistent with genuine  use, giving them a lived-in character that only improves with age. Per the underside tag, they were manufactured by Haining Home Point Furniture Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Province, China, with seat cushions filled with 70 percent polyurethane foam pad, 18 percent polyester fiber, and 12 percent waterfowl feathers, and they meet California TB 117-2013 flammability standards without added flame retardant chemicals.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
