The iconic squat, rounded bottle is sealed with a handsome dark wood stopper, wrapped in original packaging with a hang tag confirming the non-chill filtered 104 proof specs, and the seal appears intact with the bottle presenting in excellent unopened condition. 2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.

3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal, or handling fees may apply.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. LEGACY CHARITY AUCTIONS: Legacy Home and Estate Services donates their time, efforts, marketing and auction work to the local charity.  We believe community is important.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium (to cover the credit card and website fees) and there is no sales tax on these charitable purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
