The small gilt wood frame features an oval opening showcasing a classical landscape scene, and the whole package measures roughly 8 by 8 inches. Next is a large oval Victorian-era portrait photograph of a distinguished mustachioed gentleman, presented in an ornate gold gesso frame with ribbed detailing, beaded inner border, and decorative corner elements.
