Pink Ceramic Baby Cradle Planter: This rosy wicker-textured bassinet planter is glazed in a warm dusty rose with gold accents and bears the script word Congratulations on the side. A sweet baby shower gift piece from the mid-20th century, it features a hooded canopy and clean open interior. Condition shows minor wear to the unglazed base but the display side is lovely.
White Ceramic Stork with Basket Planter: A classically charming stork dressed in a top hat stands proudly beside a woven oval basket with a twisted rope handle. Finished in an ivory matte-satin glaze with speckled texture, this piece is the quintessential baby announcement keepsake. Minor surface spotting consistent with age and storage.
White Swan Planter: A graceful swan with spread wings forms this elegant ivory planter with a loop handle at the neck. The matte finish shows some rust-colored surface spotting and age patina but retains its sculptural charm. A classic mid-century American pottery form popular from the 1940s through 1960s.
Blue Swan Planter: Rendered in a smooth periwinkle blue glaze, this solid swan planter has a looped neck handle and a round open body for planting. The glaze is even and bright with minimal wear. A clean and collectible example of mid-century American art pottery styling.
Yellow Baby with Swan Planter: A cherubic baby figure perches atop a yellow glazed swan whose wings form the planter body. The all-over warm yellow glaze shows minor crazing lines near the base wings. This whimsical nursery piece is a beloved example of mid-century baby gift pottery.
Pink Boot Planter: A curvaceous pink cornucopia-style boot standing on three toe feet serves as an open planter or vase. The solid bubblegum pink glaze is smooth and bright with very little wear. A fun and kitschy mid-century piece with great shelf presence.
Southern Belle Figurine Planter: A red-haired crinoline-skirted lady in a teal green dress holds an oval mustard-yellow planter vessel. Gold trim accents her ruffled collar and skirt hem. The interior shows crazing consistent with age and the unglazed base is rough, typical of Japanese import pottery from the 1950s.
Skunk with Basket Planter: An anthropomorphic skunk with black and white coloring, rosy cheeks, gold-tipped ears, and yellow daisy accents rests against a scalloped oval basket planter. The interior shows heavy crazing and the unglazed base has paint loss. A charming and unusual novelty piece likely of Japanese ceramic origin from the 1950s.
