This gorgeous large-format tole painted metal serving tray is a showstopper front and back -- well, mostly front. The top face dazzles with a lush, hand-painted bouquet of roses, peonies, and wildflowers in pink, peach, lavender, coral, and blue, all set against a deep burgundy lacquered ground and framed by elegant gold scrollwork along the shapely scalloped border. Measuring approximately 26 inches across its widest point and about 22 inches top to bottom, this tray commands attention whether hung on a wall or displayed on a surface. The reverse shows honest wear including black overpaint, scratches, and chipping that reveal the original red beneath -- classic signs of a well-traveled vintage piece that has lived a full and storied life.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
