The star of this set is a stunning 12-inch oval chip-and-dip platter marked 'Ciao Italia by Bellini, Hand Painted in Italy,' featuring a bold, hand-brushed tropical monstera leaf design in rich greens and yellow on a crisp white ground, with an attached small round dip bowl rendered in a speckled green glaze. Four square-form serving bowls stamped 'Made in Italy' on the unglazed foot ring accompany the platter, each measuring approximately 6 inches across and decorated on the exterior with lively vertical and zigzag brushstrokes in forest green and chartreuse that evoke swaying palm fronds. The interiors carry a soft, washy celadon green wash with characteristic hand-painted movement, consistent with authentic Italian artisan pottery.
