Event Information:
The 11th annual Bourbon Mixer will take place on Saturday, August 17th at The Olmsted in Louisville.
Guests are encouraged to dress up and celebrate like they're in the Big Easy with music, dancing, food, and bourbon tastings from 20+ craft and global distilleries.

Terms and Conditions
1. All items are sold where is, as is.
2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, you can pickup at the event or schedule a pickup time by emailing Brian U'Sellis at the Coalition for the Homeless at the end of the auction.
3. Shipping is available. We will drop off with Fragile Pack and they will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.
4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned".
5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup or the event.
6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.
7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.
8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.
9. Legacy supports many charity auctions. Our goal is to generate funds for the charity. We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
