- We are seeking an Estate Specialist who will be responsible for various activities for our online personal property and real estate sales.
- You will assist in the cleaning and organizing of the home, photography, staging the contents for sale, and help with the pick-up process once the auction is complete.
- As a start-up company, we move fast and take risks – and while this will be a very flexible position, you’ll be required to put the family's goals first. We are a company built on trust – and we have a lot of fun!
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and prepare an estate property for an online auction.
- Aid in discovering items by searching every part of an estate. We are treasure hunters.
- For example, attics, garages, bedroom closets, basements, etc. Not all estates are created equal. Some are clean, some need extra love to get it where it presents well.
- Lot and categorize items for a simple pickup.
- Organizing, research, and iPhone/Android photography.
- Enjoy being handy around the house, we do some electrical, plumbing, painting, heating and air and various other jobs to get a home ready for sale.
- Have a blast working alongside our friends at Legacy who like to work hard/play hard!
- An appreciation for, and knowledge of, all things vintage and modern! (Also, good at Google when all else fails).
- Jack of all trades are a plus.
- This business model is time consuming, but is never boring.
- A self-starter is a must! If you need to be micro-managed, this is not the job for you. We train folks, but this job will take time to get good at.
- Recognized ability to effectively communicate with our team and owners.
- A team player mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours. Weekends are usually only reserved for pickups, but we can work weekends to catch up.
- Ability to move / lift up to 50-75 lbs.
- A sense of humor. This should have been first. We tease a lot in a good natured way. We also come across some hilarious, but sometimes controversial things in the homes. If you are easily offended, might not be best gig for you.

- Job Type: Part-time to Full-time. It will be a blend of at-home and in-home work.
