Description
The Case XX Founder's Knife, model number 5143 SSP, is a limited production commemorative pocket knife honoring the founding fathers of W.R. Case and Sons Cutlery Company, incorporated in Bradford, Pennsylvania in 1905. The blade features color-etched portraits of J. Russell Case, W.R. Case, and Job Russell Case on high carbon stainless steel, while the handles are hand-fitted genuine stag with solid brass liners and a polished nickel silver bolster. Each knife in this series carries its own serial number engraved in the tang, with four series prefixed C, A, S, or E, numbered 1 through 5,000 each. This example remains in its original select polished northern hardwood display box lined in deep burgundy velvet, complete with the original Case XX certification card, and measures approximately 8.5 inches across the display case.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.
5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
