Description

*ITEM IS LOCATED IN BASEMENT WITH WIDE STAIRS*

Straight out of January 1985, this RCA GKR649PR console television is the full package -- a handsome walnut-finish cabinet housing a large curved CRT screen, complete with its original remote control and the satisfying static of a TV that actually powers on. The front control panel reveals channel select with Lock, Erase, and Add buttons alongside Picture, Black Level, Tint, and Color adjustment knobs, all tucked behind a hinged door like a secret command center. The wood-grain cabinet is in remarkably clean condition with three decorative drawers below featuring brass-tone hardware, and the side profile shows a deep, proud silhouette that no flat-screen will ever replicate. The original RCA remote -- a chunky silver-and-black wand with Volume, Channel, Mute, and On/Off controls -- is included, making this one of the most complete vintage console TV sets you are likely to find.
