Description

These two navy blue Zero Gravity Chairs, model HW-TY01, are the real deal for deck lounging done right. Each chair features a breathable mesh textile sling seat laced with bungee-style cord edging, an adjustable padded headrest pillow, contoured armrests, and a removable clip-on side tray with dual cup holders and a phone slot. The steel tube frames fold flat for compact storage and the locking recline mechanism lets you dial in any angle from upright to full zero-gravity recline. One tray shows a minor crack at the base mounting point as visible in the close-up photo, but both chairs are otherwise in solid, fully functional condition and appear to have seen only light use on a residential deck.

2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.

3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal, or handling fees may apply.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photos carefully.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
