Play It Forward 502 Charity Auction

Legacy Home & Estate Services is proud to partner with the Louisville Bats to bring you a week-long online auction in support of Play It Forward 502. From 9/5/25-9/14/25 at 7 PM EST, every dollar raised will fuel youth programs, equipment drives, and community events for our local kids.

Join us in person at Louisville Slugger Stadium on SEPTEMBER 6th and 7th—we’ll be on the concourse showcasing select auction treasures and answering your questions about bidding. It’s your chance to see these pieces up close!  Also, check us out on the radio on Sunday September 7th broadcast.  Co-Owners Steve Couch and David Wilson will be throwing out the first pitch.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, the ability to schedule a pick-up time will become available. Scheduling a pick-up time is required.

3. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

4. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

5. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity auctions.  This covers our credit card and admin fees.

6. We do not charge tax on charity auctions.

7.  You will have 30 days to pickup your winnings or it will be considered abandoned.
