Description

Visit from Santa Claus - includes handing out gifts, sing a carol or 2, take all the photos, any Christmas tradition. One hour visit. Must be located in Jefferson, Shelby or Oldham counties. This is another short year between Thanksgiving and Christmas so the winner will need to contact me sooner rather than later to redeem their visit. Also, the visit will need to be a weeknight between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, you can pickup at the event or schedule a pickup time by emailing HSimmons@mattinglyedge.org

3. Shipping is available.  We will drop off with Fragile Pack and they will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". 

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.

8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.

9. Legacy supports many charity auctions.  Our goal is to generate funds for the charity.  We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
