Featured are two bottles of Eagle Rare 10 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, the award-winning Buffalo Trace favorite known for its beautifully aged character and instantly recognizable eagle-emblazoned bottle. Both donation records identify 375 mL bottles, giving the winning bidder a pair of highly desirable Eagle Rare bottles to enjoy, display, share—or guard with unreasonable intensity.

But the bourbon isn’t arriving alone. The presentation also includes a Royal Reserve whiskey sones set and a pair of whiskey glasses.

AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees.

1. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.
2. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal or handling fees may apply.
3. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated or disposed of without refund.
4. FEAT OF LOUISVILLE: Legacy Home & Estate Services donates 100% of all proceeds to FEAT of Louisville. We also do not charge charities, as our goal is to make our community better.
5. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover our costs, including hosting and credit-card processing. We charge 0% sales tax for this charity auction.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
7. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
8. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photographs carefully.
9. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
