Calling all bourbon lovers! Take a tour at the Peerless Distillery and taste some of their bourbons distilled on site. Then hop over to the Whisky Thief in Nulu! The Whisky Thief certificate entitles the recipient to a one-of-a-kind experience, sampling up to five whiskies straight from the barrel at our Frankfort or Louisville location.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, you can pickup at the event or schedule a pickup time by emailing info@dayspringky.org

3. Shipping is available.  We will drop off with Fragile Pack and they will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". 

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.

8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.

9. Legacy supports many charity auctions.  Our goal is to generate funds for the charity.  We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
