This extraordinary lot features a large collection of vintage Corning Ware casserole dishes in the iconic Blue Cornflower pattern, made in the USA and marked with the classic Corning Ware logo visible on the bottoms of multiple pieces. The set includes a stunning variety of sizes ranging from petite individual-serving square casseroles to large rectangular and round baking dishes, most accompanied by their original clear glass lids with knob handles. Condition is excellent for the age with the white pyroceramic glass showing minimal wear, though one larger piece shows some interior crazing consistent with heavy use and decades of faithful service.

Also included in this lot is a vintage Corning detachable skillet handle or pot grabber, a stainless steel and black bakelite tool stamped with patent numbers 2,861,299 and 3,045,018, and marked Corning on the metal collar. This clever little gadget was designed to grip the handles of Corning Ware cookware for stovetop use, turning your casserole dish into a proper skillet, and finding one of these intact with a large set is a genuine treasure for collectors.

The bottom photo reveals a large white Corning Ware lid or roaster cover with the Corning Ware name embossed in raised lettering across the top, representing one of the rarer serving or roasting pieces from this era.
