    Condition All pieces are in good pre-owned vintage condition. The stoneware bases exhibit minor ring wear from normal usage and storage. The Pyrex clear glass remains bright with light surface utility marks. The basket base shows handwritten inventory numbers in ink on the particleboard underside, but the weave remains intact and sturdy. Please review all photos for precise measurements and close-up views of backstamps. Please note all items are "as-is where-is"

    4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

    5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

    6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

    7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

    8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

    9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photos carefully.

    10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
