Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, you can pick up at the event. If you are not attending the event, an email will be sent to you by the nonprofit to arrange a pickup time. 

3. Shipping is available.  The organization will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". 

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.

8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.

9. Legacy supports many charity auctions.  Our goal is to generate funds for the charity.  We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
