The chair rides on a sturdy five-star silver-tone aluminum base with dual-wheel casters, features padded leather armrests on sculptural silver arms, and includes a La-Z-Boy branded height-adjustment lever beneath the seat. Structurally the chair is sound and the base, casters, and mechanism all appear functional, but honesty demands a full condition report: the armrest pads show significant wear with bonded leather peeling and cracking heavily along the edges exposing the fabric backing beneath, and the side seams of the backrest show areas of separation and delamination. The seat and main back surfaces present comparatively well with only light surface marks, making this a solid candidate for reupholstery, armrest pad replacement, or office use where cosmetic perfection takes a back seat to comfort.
