Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, we have scheduled pick-up times at our office at 1930 Bishop Lane Suite 1001. Pick-up times are Thursday, March 6th, and Friday, March 7th, from 11 AM to 3 PM. You are welcome to pick up your items anytime within that timeframe on those days. Please note that items will not be available for pick-up at Beignet Bash. If you need to arrange an alternative pick-up time, please contact Hillary as soon as possible by emailing HSimmons@mattinglyedge.org. 

3. Shipping is available.  We will drop off with Fragile Pack and they will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". 

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.

8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.

9. Legacy supports many charity auctions.  Our goal is to generate funds for the charity.  We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
