Description
Large wood-grain executive office desk by Kimball featuring a spacious U-shaped work surface, built-in drawers, and cabinet storage. Keys are not included. Located in a walkout basement; buyer must bring adequate help and tools for disassembly and removal.
Condition
Please note all items are "as-is where-is"
Well-loved condition with surface scratches, scuffs and wear, including damage near the bottoms of some legs. Please review photos for details.

2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.
3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal, or handling fees may apply.
4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.
5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
