Description

This package includes 2 rockers and a side table from KFI Studios, of which the winner will be able to choose the color of the furniture. Color options available in item listing.  Winner will need to contact KFI Studios directly thru provided email to begin custom furniture creation. Winner gets to choose custom color of furniture. Turnaround time for furniture is about a week. Winner will be shipped furniture via KFI Studios. 5 year warranty applied to furniture pieces.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, you can pickup at the event or schedule a pickup time by emailing HSimmons@mattinglyedge.org

3. Shipping is available.  We will drop off with Fragile Pack and they will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". 

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.

8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.

9. Legacy supports many charity auctions.  Our goal is to generate funds for the charity.  We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
