Description

This is a seriously special pour -- Buzzard's Roost Founders Wheater Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled exclusively as a private selection and stamped Bottle No. 9 from Barrel No. 23-73489. Coming in at a commanding 109.4 proof (54.7% ABV), this non-chill filtered beauty was distilled in Indiana and bottled by Buzzard's Roost Spirits, LLC out of Bardstown, Kentucky under DSP KY-20037. Aged in new oak barrels using the lightest char level available, the result is a sweeter, more nuanced whiskey that the brand proudly calls innovation within the bounds of tradition. The 750ml bottle is sealed with a gold wax cap, displays a gold private selection medallion on the front, and presents in excellent collector-ready condition.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. LEGACY CHARITY AUCTIONS: Legacy Home and Estate Services donates their time, efforts, marketing and auction work to the local charity.  We believe community is important.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium (to cover the credit card and website fees) and there is no sales tax on these charitable purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
