The Singer Stylist 478 Special Zig-Zag sewing machine is a mid-century workhorse dressed in cool powder blue and white, mounted flush into a gorgeous walnut drop-leaf cabinet that expands to a generous full sewing table when those leaves are open. The cabinet stands approximately 32 inches tall with elegant tapered legs, two drawers fitted with brass bail pulls, and clever fold-out wings that lock flat when not in use, making storage a breeze. The machine itself features stitch width control (0-5), needle position (L-C-R), bobbin winder, and stitch length dial with buttonhole setting, and the original Singer foot pedal controller is still tucked underneath. Rounding out this complete and charming lot are the original pink Instructions booklet and Accessories box for Model 478, plus a drawer stocked with thread spools, a needle case, and a bumblebee pin cushion that is frankly delightful.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
