When a whiskey bottle proudly calls itself “Sippin’ Whiskey,” it’s setting expectations. Fortunately, this vintage Double Springs Rare Old lives up to the challenge. Produced by Double Springs Distillers of Owensboro, Kentucky, this handsome bottle features classic Western-inspired typography, a rich amber presentation, and a built-in pourer that was once considered the height of barroom sophistication.
The neck label highlights “Aged 15 Years in Reused Barrels,” while the front label identifies it as a whiskey distilled from a bourbon mash. The combination of Kentucky roots, lengthy aging statement, and distinctive branding creates a bottle that stands out among vintage American whiskey collectibles.
Its oversized format, aged-paper style label, and built-in pourer cap make it particularly appealing for collectors of bourbon memorabilia, vintage liquor advertising, and Kentucky distilling history. This is the kind of bottle that immediately sparks conversations among whiskey enthusiasts and collectors alike.
Whether displayed behind a home bar, added to a Kentucky whiskey collection, or appreciated as a piece of spirits history, this Double Springs Rare Old Sippin’ Whiskey offers plenty of character before you even read the label. Don’t let this rare old timer sip quietly into someone else’s collection—place your bid today.
