Dinner, flowers, sparkling wine and a hotel room—this package has already done most of the romantic planning. All the winning bidder needs to contribute is good company and the ability to remember the reservation.

Begin with a gift certificate for a one-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Louisville/Northeast. The donation form lists the room and applicable tax at a value of $150. The certificate expires September 25, 2027, and requires advance hotel reservations. The original certificate must be presented at check-in.

For dinner, enjoy a $50 gift card to Varanese, the Louisville restaurant located on Frankfort Avenue. Add a dozen roses from Country Squire Florist, provided through a certificate valued at $75 and expiring December 31, 2026.

The evening gets a little more sparkle with a sealed bottle of Gemma di Luna Prosecco in its distinctive turquoise bottle. Two tall stemless glasses bearing the word “Cheers” in black script accompany the wine. The glasses are presented with iridescent decorative filler on a rectangular silver-tone tray with a beaded border.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover our costs, including hosting and credit-card processing. We charge 0% sales tax for this charity auction.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
