Titled "The Doll House," this delightful limited edition print depicts three young girls gathered around a cross-section dollhouse teeming with miniature furniture, tiny cats, and storybook charm -- rendered in a warm, folk-art style with a shimmering iridescent background that practically glows. The piece is hand-signed by the artist (signature reads as Goldelyn Mims or similar) in the lower right, titled in the lower left, and numbered 802 out of 1000 in the lower right corner, with what appears to be a date notation of 9-30. Professionally framed under glass in a dark distressed wood frame with a double mat in white and mauve purple, the piece was framed through a custom frame shop and gallery as noted by the label on the backing board. Condition appears very good with minor frame wear consistent with age -- a whimsical, ready-to-hang piece that would charm any nursery, playroom, or folk art collection.
