Description
This grouping consists of four vintage CorningWare casserole dishes featuring the Wildflower floral pattern, also known as Spring Bouquet. The design is characterized by a colorful arrangement of orange poppies, yellow daisies, and smaller blue and pink flowers with green foliage, applied to white bodies. The square forms and floral decoration reflect late-1970s to mid-1980s American kitchenware styling.
The dishes are made of Pyroceram, a glass-ceramic material developed for durability and resistance to thermal shock. This material was designed for versatile kitchen use, including on the range, in the oven, and in the microwave. The Wildflower pattern was produced between approximately 1977 and 1985. Based on typical groupings, the set likely includes a selection of graduated square casserole sizes commonly produced during this period, though specific model numbers and capacities should be confirmed by inspection.
The set shows condition consistent with age and normal household use. Surfaces may exhibit light wear from handling or stacking, with the floral decoration remaining visible and intact. No chips, cracks, or repairs are assumed without close inspection. The four pieces present cohesively as a coordinated vintage CorningWare set.
