This generously proportioned power lift recliner is upholstered in a soft, textured gray chenille fabric with a ruched channel-tufted back and deeply cushioned seat, armrests, and footrest. The chair features a manual pull-tab footrest extension mechanism with a sturdy black steel reclining hardware assembly, all in good working order as shown in the extended position photos. Construction label confirms all-new materials including urethane foam, blended cotton batting, and resin-treated polyester fiber, licensed in Tennessee and New York. The chair shows minor cosmetic wear consistent with light use, including slight fabric compression on the back panel and a small open seam near the lower rear, but remains structurally sound and thoroughly comfortable.

Located in a walkout basement. Buyer must bring sufficient help and the appropriate tools needed to safely disassemble and remove the item. Please plan accordingly.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
