Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are included.  Food depends on how many are using the suite on that day.  At minimum, there will be light snacks and guests always have the option to order off the menu from the suite attendant.  I don’t have any photos of our suite but this is one from the Churchill Downs website.  The 5th floor balcony overlooks the finish line and an impressive view of the entire track.  Behind the camera in this photo is the bar and some additional seating.  There are 2 betting machines in the suite. Valid for Fall 2025 meet.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, you can pickup at the event or schedule a pickup time by emailing HSimmons@mattinglyedge.org

3. Shipping is available.  We will drop off with Fragile Pack and they will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". 

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.

8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.

9. Legacy supports many charity auctions.  Our goal is to generate funds for the charity.  We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
